Did you know that only you, the author, can control the handling of your electronic eGrants application until it is submitted to CNCS? Have you ever been contacted because an unused grant application is still in your eGrants system account blocking new work? Do you know who can delete, reject, or withdraw your grant application?

To help applicants, grantees and agency staff better use existing self-service features, we have clarified and enhanced our guidance on user authorities. We hope the improved guide will demystify the business rules for common electronic grant handling tasks and avoid the need for helpdesk support.
