Latin American Youth Center's (LAYC) Promotor Pathway program mission is to provide support with a "promotor" to improve life outcomes for youth in the program. The impact evaluation focused on whether the Promotor Pathway program improved 18-month outcomes for youth in the areas of education attainment, employment, reduced births, residential stability, and reduced risk-taking behaviors. The study found positive results in reduced births and residential stability, but no measurable effect in the other categories.
