Dear Colleagues,
Please find attached the 2005 Application Instructions for the November 2005 EAP grant competition for new and recompeting applicants. The 2005 AmeriCorps Guidelines and 2005 Administrative Guidance for State Commissions to open their prime application are also attached for your review. As you are all aware, this is our last competition using the 2005 Guidelines.
We appreciate your patience. The deadline for submission of these applications is November 29, 2005. We recognize that this is an extremely tight deadline. Please keep in mind that another EAP competition is coming up with deadlines of February 14, 2006 for National programs and March 14, 2006 for State Commissions. To compete for these awards applicants will use the AmeriCorps Regulations and 2006 NOFO and Application Instructions.
