Statement by Chester Spellman, Director of AmeriCorps, on the Passing of Jennifer Riordan

The AmeriCorps family is heartbroken by the tragic loss of Jennifer Riordan. Among her many roles as a leader in the Albuquerque community, Jennifer served on and previously chaired the New Mexico Commission for Community Volunteerism. We will remember Jennifer as a devoted champion and steward of national service. Our hearts and deepest condolences go out to Jennifer’s family, friends, and colleagues in New Mexico and across the country.
