Through an interdisciplinary approach to innovation, Furman University's Master of Science in Innovation and Leadership develops leaders who leverage creativity, critique, feedback and iterative processes to develop team-based solutions for the challenges facing the industries, organizations and communities they serve. Graduates with this degree will understand and apply theories and frameworks of innovation; identify and employ collaborative strategies to amplify innovation; and devise needs-based assessments and articulate possible directions in the face of rapid societal change, uncertain futures and imperfect information.

Furman University's Master of Science in Innovation and Leadership offers a tuition match for the Segal Education Award, split across a student's total coursework in this 12-month program.
