The Do Good Institute recognizes the unique leadership potential of AmeriCorps alumni in advancing social change. To support their continued growth, the Do Good Institute at UMD’s School of Public Policy will, on an annual basis, offer four applicants who have completed service with AmeriCorps $3,000 in fellowship funding towards the Graduate Certificate program. This funding can supplement the student's Segal Education Award. Recipients of this funding will also automatically be named as Nonprofit Management and Leadership fellows, granting them access to community building and professional development opportunities throughout their time in the program.
