The Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy offers AmeriCorps alumni who are admitted to our master of public policy program a tuition fellowship of at least $6,000 as well as a waiver of the application fee in addition to a health care subsidy valued at $2,407 for AY 2013.

The Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy embodies the Jeffersonian vision that a democratic society requires both effective leadership and enlightened citizenship. The mission of the Batten School is to generate useful knowledge and educate leaders who are preparerd to serve communities of all sizes and lead necessary transformational change.

Offering a unique combination of academic training and experiential education, the School's interdisciplinary faculty includes distinguished economists, political scientists, psychologists, historians, ethicists, lawyers and practitioners with decades of experience in a wide range of organizations and at all levels of policymaking.
