Bailey is an AmeriCorps member who’s been serving with the Hancock County 4-H Youth Development program for almost two years now. As a teacher and mentor, Bailey helps 4-H youths produce projects, build character, and try new things.

“I get to experience teaching in an organization that I adore and grew up in. I also learned to lead community service, teach classes, judge teams, and work on my own to be the mentor they need. 4-H makes the best better, but I believe AmeriCorps helped bring out the best out of my leadership and teamwork skills. I wouldn't trade my service and time with these 4-H'ers or my supervisor for anything.”
