This course defines sites and subgrantees; covers requirements for site and subgrantee management; describes key elements of site management (site selection, site training, and site monitoring); highlights role of commissions (requirements as Prime grantees and subgrantee compliance); and includes examples of a site training manual table of contents and a site agreement.
