The brief focuses on answering the following questions:

Success Boston provides transition coaching to Boston high school graduates to help reduce barriers to college success, particularly for students from groups traditionally underrepresented in college. The Coaching for Completion (BosC4C) program serves 1000 Boston young adults per cohort, offering students sustained, proactive, and responsive support provided by area nonprofit organizations.

This report represents the first of three, and focuses on two primary questions - How has BosC4C been implemented? And, what was the cost to implement the program?
