Andrea Gibbons

Andrea Gibbons is AmeriCorps' first chief data officer. She is responsible for managing data at every stage of its lifecycle by establishing effective methods, standards, and controls to ensure data quality, accuracy, access, and protection of data.

Gibbons has more than 20 years of public and private experience developing and implementing data management strategies to enable data driven decision making, increasing data literacy, and drive culture change. Prior to joining AmeriCorps, she was the acting chief data officer for Export-Import (EXIM) Bank of the United States.

Tannikka Richardson

Richardson joins AmeriCorps after more than 20 years working with the US Department of Defense, and its Defense Information Systems Agency. Richardson served as the communication lead for the five-year Base Realignment and Closure Act effort, moving the agency from Northern Virginia to Fort Meade, Maryland. Richardson also served as event planning lead for the agency’s annual conference and as manager of the DISA Adopt-A-School program.

Caroline Fernandez

Caroline Fernandez is the director of the Office of Monitoring. She is a social worker who has been working in federal homelessness programs for the past several years at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and at the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration, part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
