Shirley Sagawa was nominated to the AmeriCorps Board of Directors in January 2022 and confirmed by the U.S. Senate in August 2022.
Flor Romero
Flor Romero was nominated to the AmeriCorps Board of Directors in September 2021 and confirmed by the U.S. Senate in May 2022.
Lisette Nieves
Lisette Nieves was nominated to the AmeriCorps Board of Directors in September 2021 and confirmed by the U.S. Senate in July 2022.
Catherine McLaughlin
Catherine McLaughlin was nominated to the AmeriCorps Board of Directors in April 2021 and confirmed by the U.S. Senate in December 2021.
Carly Bruder
Carly Bruder was named the chief program officer in April 2024. Bruder began her national service journey in 2004 as an AmeriCorps NCCC member, before serving as a VISTA member and VISTA leader. After becoming an AmeriCorps VISTA sponsor, Bruder joined the AmeriCorps staff, working in the Florida and Massachusetts State Offices, working as a VISTA training coordinator, running the VISTA Member Support Unit, and serving as the senior advisor for technology transformation.
Erin McGrath
Erin McGrath was named the first director of the Office of Regional Operations in April 2019. She leads the planning, development, delivery, and evaluation of AmeriCorps programs through a regional model, while working to maintain strong bonds with local community partnerships.
